Hoi An Ancient Town
Located in Quang Nam province, Hoi An is a city of Vietnam, on the coast of the East Sea in the South Central Coast region of Vietnam. Being a home for 120,000 inhabitants, it is recognized as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO with two criteria. First, Hoi An is an impressive physical manifestation in combination of a number of civilizations from many eras within an international trading port. Second,Hoi An is an exceptionally well-preserved example of a South-East Asian trading port dating from the 15th to the 19th century.
Ancient Buildings
Its buildings and its street plan reflect the influences, both indigenous and foreign, that have combined to produce this unique heritage site. The building there also represent many phases of Hoi An, including the establishment, development, and declination phases.
Quan Cong Temple
Being as the harmony of culture, a lot of temples featuring Chinese people alternate the Vietnamese traditional houses and French-style ones. Hoi An also holds immaterial culture with their diversity. Museum of Folklore
With a length of 57 meters and a width of 9 meters the Hoi An Museum of Folklore, located at 33 Nguyen Thai Hoc Street, is the largest wooden two-storey house in the ancient town. There are 490 objects which are divided into four themes (plastic fork art, performing fork arts, traditional occupations and artifacts) and they are all displayed on the second floor of the Museum.
Performance of Folk Arts
The first floor is the place for performances illustrating the value of Hoi An Culture and Folklore. By showing pictures, artifacts and performing fork arts, the Museum of Folklore shows the value of culture, introducing the contributions of generations of local people during the history and development of the Hoi An.

Located at 46 Tran Phu Street, Fujian Assembly Hall or Phuc Kien Assembly Hall was built in 1759 by a group of Phuc Kien (Chinese) living in Hoi An. Over the restoration, with the main contribution of Chinese state Fujian, clubs becomes more brilliant, spacious contributed to adorn the face of urban architecture of Hoi An.

Chicken Rice

Cao Lau

Rose Cake
It is made of the flour milled from soft and sweet-smelling whole grain rice. The core of it is made from ground shrimps and other ingredients like pepper, garlic, onion, citronella, including secretly handed down things. It is called rose cake because of its rose form.
